I took my son and grandsons to this place. I was surprised that there were no signs posting admission, I did not get a receipt after paying the requested price, and I was not required to sign a disclaimer. My 5-year-old grandson ended up breaking his arm when he tripped on a ball where several balls were shot out of an air blaster. I immediately filled out an injury report, then took my grandson to the ER. It was confirmed a fracture of the growth plate of his right arm. The owner requested that I submit the medical receipts to him via email. When I did that, I requested a claim be filed with his liability insurance company. The owner told me that was not possible and I would not be compensated. Be careful when allowing your children to play there, as they do not compensate for medical bills due to injuries sustained on the property, even when no disclaimer is required.

Been to Jump 'n Jammin many times to play. It's great. We had our son?s birthday their and it was fantastic. The service from the staff was unsurpassed. P.S. Don't be like me and forget your socks. I had to buy a pair.
