I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a garage door repaired in my apartment with the help of these guys. I was very pleased with their work, they have the best customer service! I will use them whenever I need garage door support.

We called this company because when we tried to open one of our two garage doors, it only opened part way, and we had to open and close it several times before it would open completely. (It also opened once by itself, but there could have been someone in the area with the same code.) The technician immediately recommended we replace the entire mechanism for both doors, even though the other one worked fine! My husband called another door company and described the problem. The man there said turning a certain screw should solve our problem. So I told the GDS technician that a handyman had suggested that and asked him to try it. He declined. I paid $50 for his service call and he left. My husband tightened the screw, and the door now opens great! For this company to charge $50 for showing up and automatically recommending that new openers be installed for almost $900 and not turning a screw is not what I consider to be fair! We called GDS to request a refund, but they refused.

When my garage door suddenly stopped functioning I immediately called garage door service. They did genie opener repair and cleaned garage door tracks to improve its performance. The work was finished in a couple of hours. I was very satisfied for it was a job well done.
