Recently we awoke to find our downstairs family room, vanity, bathroom and closet awash with water from a malfunctioning toilet. We called several water reclamation companies at 5 a.m. in the morning and the only ones to respond were Empire Construction from the yellow pages to assist us in clearing out the water. We were relieved to learn that this company was highly recommended by our insurance company as being proficient in taking care of our problem. I can happily endorse their choice of a company to assist us with damage control and putting our rooms back to normal. All the persons we came into contact with were understanding, efficient, capable and very eager to help us with the problem. The first representative of the company, David Scott handled the damage estimates and worked diligently with the insurance company. Field Supervisor Donald Mascia coordinated the repairs and did so in an efficient manner. All the workmen were skilled and left my home looking every bit as good as it was prior to the flood. I have never been as pleased with construction scheduling as I was with this experience. I will be happy to refer this company to my friends who need any construction work or repairs in the future.

I want to fist say thank you again!! Empire Construction took all the head ache out of having a water damage. My house was flooded completely from the upstairs down. I called Empire and they were at my door step less then 30 minutes. Their crew was very understanding to my concerns being a first time having a flood. The crew worked that entire day to remove wet drywall and trims, carpet pad, carpet ect. Once the all the removal was complete they had the dryers and dehumitifiers in for about 3 days. My insurnace company came out and also did Empire. Between Empire and my State Farm adjuster who knew Empire they came to a agreed upon estimate. The very next day Empires repair team came out to start work. I was shown in great detail the events that were going to takke place, i was givin a time line to follow and my project manager was very pleasent to work with. I also got calls from their main office to check on things and i thought that was very nice! The repair team had my entire house put back together in 3 weeks including all my flooring. Needless to say Empire displayed profesionalizm on every aspect of getting my life back together and i would recomend them to anyone!! Thanks again guys!!
