They are doing outstanding custom designs in fine jewelry with a lot of details, I love their workmanship in both jewelry repairs and custom designs. I have many watches and I bring my watches to Rita's for service and battery replacement. I will recommend Rita's Jewelry to my relatives and friends.

It's easier to find a needle in the hay than a "good jeweler", and I'm serious about that. They usually welcome you nicely, they trying to sale you the most expensive piece they have in their store, but after that, they don't want to hear about you again. It happens to me many times. Last month was our 30th wedding anniversary and I was very stressful, because I didn't know where to go and what to get for my wife. So I asked my friend to go out for a drink, and ask him if he knew a good place to purchase jewelry. I just came back from this place called Rita's Jewelry in Mission Viejo and I've got something for my wife's birthday, he told me, and we went back to his car to see the purchase. It was a beautiful white gold sapphire and diamonds ring. Next morning I went to Rita's Jewelry to check the place. I told them what I need, and about 45 minutes later, I was 100% sure that I did the best purchase of my life, a beautiful diamond ring. THANK YOU RITA'S, many times. We'll see you soon.

They're good in custom designs and jewelry repairs. They have the knowledge to help you with any questions you have about jewelry, diamonds and color stones. We've done a couple of custom designs with them and they came up just perfect. We highly recommend Rita's Jewelry for their good service and very reasonable prices.

I didn't know that place exists until I sow an ad in the local magazine here in Mission Viejo. I was looking for an engagement ring and I decided to stop at Rita's Jewelry to see what they have. I couldn't find anything they have in their show cases so they told me they can make me a "custom design" ring. I really liked the idea. So they start drawing deferent designs and finally we came up with a beautiful design that it look exactly what I have had in mind originally. Rita's Jewelry is my favorite jewelry store in Orange County. They have the knowledge and experience about jewelry and also they are doing excellent job in custom designs.
