I had booked and confirmed a reservation and was expecting to move when the call center notified me that my reservation could not be billed at this location. I was told I would be contacted again and dis receive the call as promised. Unfortunately, I missed the call but phoned back per the message instructions.

I was never able to reach the caller (after five attempts), my messages were not returned and ultimately I had to rent from a competitor.
