Za-Meks manufactures, markets, distributes, and fulfills simulated stained glass wall clocks, stained glass wall plaques, acrylic desk clocks, glass photo plaques and etched wall mirrors. Our glass clocks are screen printed, oven fired, hand finished, and are framed in a walnut finish wooden frame. The desk clock is screen printed on acrylic with an acrylic base. Za-Meks' wall mirrors are beveled and white etched. Collegiate, corporate, decorative logos, or any idea a client wishes to market can be designed and printed on our products. Headed by President Jennifer Szamecki our home office is located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Along with warehouse facilities throughout the country. Za-Meks' locations offer full computer capabilities including computer aided design, databases for customer mailings and shipping, reporting, telecommunications, word processing, and desktop publishing. We offer fulfillment and drop ship services for our clients. EMAIL addresses and 800 numbers are available for customer inquiries from the field. Our sales are achieved by working with independent sales representatives, distributors, brokers, and advertising agents. We direct our marketing efforts to three sales areas as follows: Our efforts in this sector include selling collegiate licensed wall mirrors, wall clocks, wall plaques, glass photo plaques and desk clocks to retailers for resale. We have sold our product to all retail levels from gift shops to mass merchandisers. Over 800 retail accounts have purchased our product. Za-Meks is licensed with over forty (40) colleges and universities. Collegiate Licensing Company Schools, Licensing Resource Group Schools, Ohio State University, Indiana University, Michigan State University and other independent colleges and universities. Collegiate licensed sales are our company's primary focus. Za-Meks works hand in hand with the corporate client to design and incorporate their logo on our wall mirror, glass wall clock, wall plaque, glass photo plaque or acrylic desk clock. First our artist scans the logo into the computer and begins to creatively design the mirror or glass clock face. A printed colored computer generated artist rendition is then supplied to the client for approval and sign off. In some cases a customer requires an actual prototype before production. Our corporate clients use our product for sales incentive programs, premiums, promotions, dealer loaders and others. Some of our customers include Coca-Cola (domestically and internationally), General Motors, Miller Brewing Company, American Dental Association, Ford Motor, Penske, and others. College and High School Sales: Colleges and high schools primarily use our product for alumni or booster fund raising. Colleges typically will advertise the sale of their logo wall mirror, wall plaque, glass photo plaque, glass wall clock, or acrylic desk clock in the alumni magazine. As they receive orders the alumni department will FAX the orders to our office for fulfillment. In 2002 we introduced a 21" x 25 " beveled, v-grooved, white etched mirror to the university alumni departments. High schools work mainly through booster clubs.
