Had a wedding reception here Saturday and it could not have been any more perfect! From helpful staff, to over the top good food and amazing service and beautiful views, our entire guest list was in awe! Thanks Riverside Terrace team!

I have not seen anyone like these employees working like a team and take it upon themselves to help out like that for a long time and it was refreshing. Got done quick thanks to their help.

Thanks to the staff for the great service during my daughter, Jenny's, wedding reception. Everyone went out of their way to make sure her day was special from filling the bowls with water before the reception to helping out when we were clearing the centerpieces from the tables after the reception had ended.

The Banquet room at Riverside is one of the most unique places in Mishawaka and South Bend. The prices are very reasonable - and the vale for money can not be beat anyplace in the South Bend area. The valet parking service was outstanding and very efficient in getting people in and out quickly!!

Everything about The Riverside Terrace was amazing!!! The food was delicious, the venue was gorgeous, and the staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's reception was the best. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

I just had an event -- the fourth in two years -- at Riverside Terrace in early February 2014. It was a dinner/reception for 300 people in the Ball Room with the stunning view of the river. It was a buffet dinner, cash bar and I could not have been happier with my choice. The staff is simply amazing. I have never had a problem with setting a meeting or getting what I wanted - if anything the manager and the staff are simply outstanding - and they went above and well beyond what I had expected. The food was fantastic and all the guests had nothing but rave reviews for the food and the table service.

Beautiful!! I had my wedding reception in the new room this past July. The room turned out to be absolutely beautiful!! It was so nice being right on the river too, being July it was so nice that our guests we able to step outside and enjoy the patio. We had so many compliments on how great the food was (we went polish buffet) and how great and attentive the wait staff was. The top shelf bar and bartenders were a big hit too (they definitely did not skimp!!)

I absolutely fell in love with this place when I saw the view. What a gorgeous view with a very friendly staff. The wedding coordinator is very helpful and fun to work with.

The venue is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the staff is fabulous. They went above and beyond to help make my daughter's wedding reception a dream!!

The Riverside Terrace Is 'First Class' .... In Downtown Mishawaka ... On The Beautiful Saint Joseph River. Go Have Fun.

The review is for the food. I just can't help myself...OH MY GOD, the food. I had two wedding planners in my bridal party, and it was a pretty discerning crowd - and they all RAVED about the food. So did everyone else but I always think it means more coming from someone who really knows. My very experienced friend said it was the best food she had EVER had at a wedding, and thats coming from her; that's a big deal. Honestly it was divine. The steaks were cooked to perfection. So soft and tender that they could be cup with a butter knife! The portobello wellington was so yummy that some of the meat eaters opted to have that, instead of the beef! The hors d'ovres were scrumptious and beautifully presented - espcially the thai prawns and bacon wrapped scallops. Oh, and the desserts....wow. TRT events use noly the freshet seasonal produce and have only the best chefs, and boy does it show. Don't think twice - go with Cindy and the gang at Riverside Terrace! You will not regret it for one minute.

Cindy and her team also offers suggestions to improve and enhance your event - not to increase their bottom line. For our party for 1500 people Cindy delivered outstanding food and beverages as well as lighting, decor, and furnishings. Cindy has all the resources to make your job easier. She and her team are a "one stop shop." Her staff is efficient and understand what "being in service" is all about. With each request, the response is always "yes." 5 stars because Cindy is easy to work with and has all the resources to help you produce a great corporate event.

The Riverside Terrace catered our annual cocktail reception for about 150 people last week and it was amazing. The food was fantastic. The crabcakes were out of this world, so were the skewers. The staff was professional, very accomodating and overcame some major obstacles - our office is undergoing massive construction so we didn't really have a kitchen or a great staging area, but these guys pulled it out without a hitch. The flower and linen recommendations worked perfectly. I would highly recommend using this company for your next event! Special thanks to Cindy!

Can't say enough good things about them... they were caring, on top of things, and organized, observant, vivacious, prompt, proficient, discreet likeable and just a pleasure to work with. She always answered inquiries promptly and handled changes smoothly. Really a wonderful experience.

Cindy at Riverside Terrace is top notch. They made planning our reception at easy, fun and fabulous. Both Cindy and staff are highly knowledgeable about their craft and will help you with all of the details required to make a soiree such as this possible. Ours was a knockout event and the RT team handled all of it from the food to the music and lighting design. They have an eye for detail and know what works. Everyone is still raving about the night. Cindy and her staff went above and beyond! We had an event at a Museum and she was one of the three caterers that where recommended and we chose her. We are so happy we chose her! Cindy was very helpful in every step, considering we were doing this out of state. She is very professional and has a great understanding of what goes in to an event. The food was delicious and presented very well. All our guest complimented on the food. The flowers where something beyond beautiful, they looked like they belonged in a five star resorts (at a great price too)! The service was the best! I highly recommend her and her staff!
