A rock was lobbed through our window late one Friday night breaking the storm window glass and the inside pane. We were worried about the security of our home and weekend rates as we began calling businesses Saturday morning. [One company would have charged us $300 for “emergency service” to come board up our window and then return Monday to repair it for an additional charge.] When I spoke to Quality Glass they said they could repair the storm window immediately if we brought it to the shop and then come out Monday to repair the inside window. They had the storm window ready in about 2 hours and our home was no longer unsecured for the weekend. Monday the gentleman came and did a beautiful job of removing the ~1920s sash window and installing the glass. When I asked questions about my project of re-puttying our other windows he was happy to show me what tools they use, give how-to hints and to write down the products that they use. These guys are courteous, efficient and... well "QUALITY!" Our family is so thankful we stumbled upon them. Given the chance we will never go to anybody else for glass work.
