Dropped off info on a sign - lady said a couple of days to get something back to me. Four days later, nothing, said she would have it the next day. One week later, nothing and said again she would have it the next day. One week later and still nothing. I called and said if there is some reason that they can't get to it, to let me know and I would pick up my info and take it elsewhere. Was rudely told to come get it and was hung up on.

Extremely happy with the service. I called Next Day Signs earlier today, I needed the job done today. When Jim came out to look at the sign we both agreed it would be impossible to get it taken care of before a big meeting we had at our office in a few hours. He put a sign on our door before he left (that I didn't request) so he wasn't leaving us without sign. The vinyl he put on the door looks nicer than I ever would of imagined. I literally had tears in my eyes when an hour after he left my office and an hour before my meeting he returned with help and they were putting my 30x90 sign above my door. Nice work guys!!! Several compliments on the sign from the attendees of the meeting and those passing through our business complex. So happy I decided to contact them. Office staff was great to work with as well!!
