Was a really big help! The inspector came out the same day, and got everything done within 2 hours.

Not a happy moment when you come home a few days after a heavy rainstorm and the downstairs carpet is soaked and the walls are wet and it smells like mildew. MI&T is efficient, effective, professional and personable. His professionalism and confidence went a long way from keeping the panic at bay. He diagnosed the damage and came up with a plan. He stayed in touch, provided photographs we will need, showed up when he said he would, and did what he said he would do. His team was just as great. While we still have some walls and carpeting to replace, and insurance calls to make, things are dry and smell clean and the damage is minimized.

It's clear that they know mold very well. After receiving their detailed report, Eric in the office took the time to explain any questions I had in detail...on more than once occasion. They never made us feel rushed or "simple" for not understanding the complexities of mold. Working with MI&T was a great experience. I would use them again.

Very flexible with working around our schedules!! I booked an inspection, but cancelled last minuet and decided to do it for another day. They had no problem with rescheduling and got the job done!
