I recently took my truck into their dealership because the cylinder 5 was misfiring. They diagnosed it within the week. Two weeks wait for the warranty claim to clear. Then two MORE weeks after the warranty had cleared, because their mechanic had to go to another state to get re-certified. Then add on another week because they FORGOT to order the part... By this point and time, my truck has been in their shop for a month and a half. To compensate for the extra week I had to wait for the part to come in, they were going to cover my vehicle rental for that week. I just called the warranty company to use the rental reimbursement for the remainder of the time and I find out that this crooked dealership had already used the credit. This was after the service manager assured me that the dealership would cover the week rental themselves and they weren't going to use the warranty. So they can mess up over and over, promise to compensate, but use my warranty so I can't save money on the rest of the MONTH AND A HALF I had to rent a car? Ridiculous.

PAID $80,000 for a 2015 Dodge Durango citadel (new off the show room floor) never had a use for the spare tire till last week and when I dropped it down it did not fit and had a used tire on it that had damage to the side wall that was between the tire and the body not towards the ground. the rim was the wrong one and the tire had a lot of miles on it that I never put on it because I never used it.and the tire was a kumho soulus tire not a Goodyear that it was supposed to have. and this dealer did not offer to make it right unless I paid half for the complete spare tire and rim.WHY should I have to pay for their mistake. THEY ARE DISHONEST RIPP OFF'S GO TO CHEVROLET INSTEAD!

I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey in November of 2014. Since the date of purchase, I should have known there would be problems with the Minot Automotive Center. To start off, I wasn't allowed to take my vehicle home with me, even though the financing and insurance was in place. After a man called the dealership for me, they released the vehicle to me. This is not the first car I've purchased so I knew the process, but apparently it took a man to get it resolved. On to the major issue....there has been a problem with my Dodge the entire time I've owned it (whistling noise while driving and some electronic issues). After 4 visits to the shop, I contacted a lawyer regarding the Lemon Law (under the advice of a Minot Automotive Center employee). This lawyer took on my case. I continued to take it in to the Automotive Center to try and fix the problem as directed by the lawyer. For each visit, you would expect to get a report on what was done to your vehicle...not in this case. I've had it there over 10 times and they have given me 4 reports. There was false information on some of the reports (stating they drove it 34 miles but the mileage in and mileage out were the exact same number) and one visit when I was told they drove my vehicle 100+ mph (and laughed about it). That obviously did not make it on to the report. The General Manager of the company was contacted and we were told he would call back within a couple days...that was over 6 months ago and we've heard nothing. The lawyer has tried to contact them via email, mail and telephone to get copies of the reports and the Automotive Center has ignored all correspondence with them. I'm appalled at their actions in this situation. There was probably no way to know that they were selling me a vehicle that had problems and they were never accused of doing anything wrong. The lawyer and I were suing Chrysler as the manufacturer of the product. Now that I have had to go through this huge hassle, I have decided I will never do business again with Minot Automotive Center. They are dishonest and not loyal to their customers. Hugely disappointed in this company.

I had a great experience with this dealership up until I started dealing with the accessory dept. I purchased a spray in bed liner and some weather tech floor mats. The floor mats were installed that day I bought the vehicle. Discussing time it would take with the dept manager for the spray in liner he said they would need 6-8 hours to accomplish the task. I made an apt and dropped off my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle I was told that my truck would not be ready until the end of the next day(big diff when quoted 6-8 hrs) I get a rental from them. I return the end of the next day to pick up my truck. They can't find my keys! 30 mins later they find the key! and inform me my truck would be ready in an hour. It was a horrible experience!!) then I get a phone call from the dealership on the way home (i recognized the number and let it go to voice mail) It was accessory Dept informing me my floor mats are in and to sched an apt for the liner! This is no way to run a business!!

If this was just about my vehicle purchase they would get 5 stars all day long, but unfortunately I also had a horrible experience on my trade-in. Even though I had a pre-printed price range from their own trade-in calculating tool with me and knew the blue book value they could ask for it when they sold it the manager barely came up from his first extremely insulting offer and would not budge to within anywhere near what I would have been happy to take. I feel lied to and cheated on the trade-in value since the vehicle was later posted on their lot for sale for its full blue book value when I was told that it would never fetch that much right to my face. I suppose that is just what I get for letting them make me wait all day to get to the trade in evaluation and then trusting them. I very likely will not be taking my new vehicle in to them for any upgrades now because of this, I will go to another certified dealer and give them my buisiness.

I really liked the casual selling experience rather than the high pressure selling. I knew what we wanted, you had what we wanted, we like what we wanted, and the price was reasonable for the car.

Minot Chrysler was very helpful in getting my fiance and myself the car we wanted. When we first went we dealt with Jason . We couldn't get a car at the time but he kept in contact with me to update us on new cars that came in to get us in the car we wanted. When we finally saw the car we wanted Jason gave us to Dan. Dan contacted us as soon as possible to let us know what we would be needing and was very attentive to us and was very positive and friendly. When we was talking with Savannah from services he actually kept an eye on our daughter who was writing on there chalk board. The finance guy was very helpful and although this part took a while he made it clear that we wasn't forgotten and kept checking up on us..many thanks to everyone at Minot Chrysler..

From the moment my husband and I walked onto the lot, everything went so smoothly. I was very nervous about buying a new car, but I had to do something since my own car had recently been totaled. I was dreading the usual "Sales" techniques and NOT looking forward to it. I was blown away by the up front, honest approach of our salesman John Williams. He put me as ease to the point that while waiting for loan approval, I said that if for some reason it didn't go through, I just had fun enjoying conversation. The finance team worked above and beyond to make sure what I would have expected. I went from recovering from the shock of my car being in an accident and totaled to driving a 2013 Prius.
