This is the worst Ace anywhere ! I recently moved to this area . I need a lot of material and asst. to remodel a house . I took the heavy glass out of an old bathroom frame . A lady at Ace replaced the glass . Perfect . We couldn't get the caulk right so we took it to Ace . They said they could do it . Ya right . Looked like crap . I brought it back . Showed two ladies what it looked like and they agreed . Bad job ! So I left it there to be redone . Almost a week later a snarky man calls me and says its ready . Then he goes on to accuse me of doing a switch on the window to get it free. ( $10.00 ) Then he accused my husband of ruining it . If that man couldn't do it he should have just said so . Instead he got snarky . When I came to get the window it was even WORSE . He said if you don't like it , do it yourself . Of course his manager was right next to him the whole time trying to protect the snark . Manager claims he heard the whole conversation . WELL if he did why didn't he stop Mr. Snarky from talking to me the way he did ??????? If you need to buy something the ladies are great and have a lot of knowledge . The men are snarky and insulting and cant even caulk a window . BTW . I took the caulk out of the window to do it myself . Hey snark . You forgot to put the pins in that go under the caulk you idiot !
