Very angry verbally abusive short little man at the register. Don't go here if you expect to be treated with respect and kindness. I don't appreciate being cussed out little "man"

Stopped in this evening, was in a hurry and they didn't have what I was looking for (no problem). On my way out, the owner (Jim) asked if he could help me find something, I responded by saying "no thank you" to which he said "yeah, right". He then went outside, flicked me off as I got into my car and mouthed "fu%$ you". I'll never shop here again and can't wait to tell others to avoid this jerk!

This is the worst place I've ever shopped! I was just in the store a few minutes ago and asked for a bag for my beer. The cashier politely told me he didn't have a bag for beer. I commented that that's odd since any other liquor store I've been to is happy to provide a bag. I attempted to explain that I have a disabled arm and it's difficult for me to carry anything that isn't bagged. At this point, the manager started ripping into me, said that I'm weird and told me to get out. I asked for his name, which he declined to provide, then I asked for the owner's name that he also refused to provide and again told me to leave. I asked for my money back, which he also refused to do. Nice way to treat a Veteran, isn’t it.

I believe that requesting a bag for a purchased product is a reasonable request and, at the very least, doesn't warrant abuse from the manager! Polite explanations are good customer service, verbal abuse is not! Suffice it to say, I will NEVER set foot in this store again—nor will my friends and family (not to mention my colleagues, some of whom live in this neighborhood).

I want to make it clear that this complaint is completely about the manager, not the gentleman at the register.

Never shop here. Went to this store looking for a particular brand of beer. Didn't find it and was leaving but person at checkout asked if I needed help finding something. Told him the brand and he answered 'Chicago' (the brand is identified with Chicago, true). I said I'll just go up the road (texatonka liquor does sell it) and he said, very audibly 'Eff you' (but the actual words). Never been in a business were employee or owner acted this way. Despicable. I have to guess he was half in the bag drunk to behave this way. Go to Texatonka Liquor or Liquor Boy or anywhere else, but Westwood Liquor doesn't deserve patronage of St Louis Park.

They know their stuff!

I found that Westwood Liquors is a great place to go. They have an extensive knowledge of wine and have a great stock on hand.
