Wells Fargo's Midigation Dept is the worst. Countless dealings with a group that doesn't keep track of paperwork or your loan.Denies they are in lidigation with other states for banking practices or are part of a long list of civil complaints and law suits.Executive Mortgage Specailist aren't aware of the pending law suits nor will they advise you who to talk to thru out the company.Will not transfer you to WF legal Dept so that you and your attorney can discuss issues with WF.Hopefully WF ends up in a large civil law suit just like BofA and others who don't want to work with Homeowners and the HAMP or other programs. QUIT ROBBING the Amercian Goverment.
