I really hate this martial arts school! Yes,they know their martial arts skills very well,but the problem is that they don't listen! I told an instructor not to demonstrate any techniques on me because of a possible injury that I was training around from. Well,he did and I ended up with 2 1/2 years of rehab theory due to severe nerve damage in my shoulder. I talked to Mr Arnebeck and Randy and told them what had happened. This school kept soliciting me in the mail asking why I have not been training when I specifically told them I had to stop training due to my injury. I had to tell their answering service twice to remove me from their mailing list. I hope Josh Lebsock ends up with a permanent injury! I have recovered now ,but I will never train in this facility again!!!!!

Been training at the Cove for a year and love it. Ben, Nate and Skora are great instructors! Intense and a lot of work, but very rewarding! Great place!

Been a member for 5 months. Train bjj, mma and judo. Have fun, learn and getting in great shape. School great for rec players and aspiring mma pro's. No macho attitudes, safety first. Locations in St. Louis Park, Burnsville and White Bear.
