We bought a refrigerator, we love it. We received great service and the sales person was very Knowledgeable of all the products they had there. We will go back when we need something else.

I have been buying appliances from WS since the 1960's and have been really satisfied beyond my expectations. This last time, I received rude service and treated as though I knew nothing about appliances. This has soured me against a place that I once loved. I believe they have become too large to supervise their employees.
