Had a TERRIBLE experience with this company, especially the owner (Mary). Began install on new system and decided that we didn't want to keep it....installer was supposed to be back to uninstall system but never showed. Contacted him and his reply was "not going to happen today". Called the office and asked to speak to the owner - conversation was very interesting. Mary decided to let me know there was nothing she could do and I needed to call Protect Your Home because I purchased from them. Demeaning attitude towards me during entire conversation....

I hold a Director level position with an international phone company and can not believe the lack of customer service from this company....don't bother with this small outfit, if you are going to install a security system, do your research and make sure the installer is not this one.
