2004 Impala was making noise, Tim's is in my general neighborhood, so I stopped in on the way home. These guys know their exhaust systems! They took it right in, analysis took 10 minutes, I was back on the road, completely satisfied in 45 minutes. It is difficult to find a business that will do this. Drew, the sales guy, was affable with a good sense of humor. I will be back to this place!

My review starts with a dual exhaust purchase for my Dodge Dart. Initially I only wanted to have the back half finished. After talking with Tim and having him express his opinion about my work on the front half he said he would rather see me have him do the whole system to his level of satisfaction. I agreed with the understanding that he would preform the work. Turns out he had one of his junior employees do it with him doing the welding. I only agreed to re-do the system with his intention of doing the work which in itself wasn't a deal breaker but make sure if he says he'll do it that he does the actual work. The second issue I had was having his shop do a front end alignment. My car has all new parts on it so it was just a matter of getting it aligned. Well to my surprise I was billed $180 for a 45 minute job. I don't have a problem with paying for services rendered but to be charged for 1 1/2 hours work for a simple adjustment is ridiculous. But it doesn't end there. You think that if you are paying a premium price for service that you vehicle will be treated in a professional manner. Well is wasn't. As the tech was aligning the front end he was entering and exiting the vehicle during his duties and on the final entrance he smeared dirty gease on my brand new pearl white bucket seat. The stain was about the size of a hand print and was right on the top corner of the seat. By dumb luck I caught him in time before he was about to take a dirty shop rag to wipe it off knowing that if he would have did that, he would of pressed the grease into the pores of the fabric and make a bad situation worse. I vote with my shoes and these shoes won't be coming back.

Went to Tims for a simple weld job on my exhaust. They went above and beyond. Doing extra work without asking of me first. Happy with the way it turned out I said nothing and was slammed with a ridiculous bill for what should of been only 10 min of work. Assuming all would be fine after his work i just payed and left. Didnt even make it out of their parking lot and it was rattleing like crazy. (wasnt when I went there) Went back the next day to fix the rattle, they hammered the pipe over the rear axle and assured me it couldnt possibly rattle. Made it two blocks before it rattled again. Better for sure but still very annoying. Not a day latter my downpipe started to leak. They may not of started it but i do believe they spead up the process. Brought it back in the next day only to have them verify its a leaking down pipe. Then quoted $700 labor and another $300-400 parts. All for a ten min weld job. Will never go back.

Hi Tim, I was at your shop installing the MBRP stainless 6" dual tips on my SRT8 truck. You had gone beyond my expectation and found me the 6" dual tips identical to the factory one. They really make my SRT8 stand out just the way I love it. Your crews are very professional taking good care of my truck and welding job is second to none, very nice! I have been there a couple times and they did good work but this time they damaged my exhaust getting on hoist and then tried to charge me to fix it. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.

I had my truck in after a recent vandalism. They crawled under my truck and cut every piece of exhaust out. Tim took care of everything even the ride home from the shop. They don't make businessmen like him or his staff anymore. They are professionals who will give you the best service for the best price. I will never bring a vehicle to any one else but this shop.Tim's custom exhaust is the shop for your work. They care about you not the amount of money they can get out of you.

Great Service! I called Tim, explained that my after-market exhaust on a 3500 Dodge one-ton was all out of whack. He dropped everything to help me out, and it was obvious he had plenty to do! After some cutting, welding, pounding and adjusting, it is now perfect. Nice people, and very reasonable with his pricinig, too. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you, Tim.

I picked that and Tim made sure I was happy before he rang the register. YES I HAVE RECOMMENDED OTHERS TO TIM AND WOULD GO BACK IF NEEDED. Even for routine work.

I wanted a good sounding exhaust that would improve perfornance and gas mileage for my car. I came to Tim's, and thats exactly what I got! 3-4 mpg increase... substantial power increase...and a perfect purr as i drive down the road.
