I have been going to The Chair for years and I LOVE IT. I am always happy when I leave there and I get many compliments on my hair. It is relaxed and unpretentious. I have seen several stylists there and haven't had one complaint. I feel bad that someone gave them such a terrible review. It has been my experience in customer service that chronic coupon users tend to be chronic complainers. It's hard to believe that a salon could stay this busy and treat their cleints as poorly as this person claims.

I have been back to the shop for a return visit and I have made an appointment for a third trip. My cut and color were outstanding! All of the personnel are friendly. Bridgetdoes a spectacular job and is very attentive to detail. The prices are reasonable for the services offered. The environment is casual and unpretentious. I would highly recommend this salon!

I've been to this salon twice so far. The first time, they did okay, not exactly what I wanted but I had a half off coupon so I didn't pay that much. The second time was worse, I called ahead and asked if I could use a coupon that had one hairdressers name on it, I asked if it would be okay to use it even if I used a different stylist. When I got there (I brought a picture with me this time so they could have a visual of the hairstyle I wanted) Heidi cut my hair wayyyy too short. The color was too close to my current color, which I told her I wanted a different shade. If you want someone that can FOLLOW a picture don't go here. Then I tried using the coupon and they told me I couldn't and I explained my call and they finally gave in. I've tried calling and making appointments to get my hair touched up and no one ever calls back. All in all this is a very bad salon, especially for the prices they have. They act like the people at Great Clips and they are not professional.
