Poor management. Takes months to repairs done and not all of them get done. Asked them to do repairs several times and they threaten you with eviction. Do not show you the apartment before you move in- according to Help Line Lawyer - they should be showing the apartment to you that you will be renting!!! They also require a form to be completed 60 days in advance of moving out - won't accept it in writing - that should be illegal!! Sliding windows leak, outside doors not secure, appliances old - they are very rude to work with.
