Just don't sign the lease for this place. Management is terrible!

The worst place to live EVER! Before I moved in, I did some research and noticed so many negative reviews. When I asked Joseph about it, the rental office manager, he told me only unhappy people leave reviews. Well, guess what? There is a reason why all these people are unhappy. In fact, I am sure the only people who left positive reviews on here are the rental office workers, to up the ratings.

I am a resident here and I was towed from the parking lot. I could not park in the heated garage parking due to its ancient dysfunctioning garage door opener and parked in the resident parking. I had to pay $300 to get my car back from the towing company and drive all the way to Fridley. After doing some research, I can tell you that they are towing cars from the parking lots illegally.

Don’t do it! These people know how to pluck your nerves.
