The staff here doesn't listen to the clients needs. When you tell them how you want your hair cut or color, they do it their way. When u ask for a tiny trim, they go all the way with a cut. If they do listen and trim, they charge you full hair cut price. And color.... they don't even know how to mix colors.. And they would use left over color from another client on your hair... how unclean is that..??!! And the bathroom doesn't have toilet paper nor paper towels... yuck!!!
