Everything was done quickly, on time and correctly. We had a furnace tune up and a new thermostat installed.

We've been using Standard Heating and Air for over 15 years for furnace and air maintenance for over 15 years and recently had them install a new furnace. From sales to installation everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. We also recently had our air ducts cleaned through them too and Jon was extraordinary! Very meticulous and even showed us before and after pics. Wow! were they dirty after our kitchen remodel. Great job all around! I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs!

The service technician called me first and arrived on time. He was really friendly and did a great job getting my air conditioner checked and fixed the squeaking. He even hosed off the condenser for me. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this company.

I have used Standard Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 6 years in two homes. They are simply OUTSTANDING. They don't oversell - don't get you to buy products and services you don't need, and truly take the time to explain everything in detail. The cost for service is very reasonable! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Furnace went out. standard was out quickly for a free estimate. made sure we were getting the best new furnace for our house. had the furnace installed and had great service.

I contacted Std Htg & A/C for a summer a/c tune up, here are the results:- the tech [JB] was on time- the requested work was completed in a prompt manner- options for a "smart plan" were offered, no hard sellI will definitely be coming back to Std for my furnace tune up!

I have used Standard Heating for years to assess my furnace and air conditioner and I have had excellent service. The service man answers my questions and expains what he is doing. He informs me of what would be concerning, what would happen if a specific problem arose. No complaints, excellent.

My old system of 25+ years broke down in the heat peak of summer 2013. I was very pleased with Standard for a previous purchase so I called them. They responded promptly for my request for quote and had a representative out to my home within a day or so. The rep did a very thorough job of sizing my home and suggested down-sizing my unit. I was skeptical of down-sizing but other companies also agreed. I also asked for a new furnace quote since there were a lot of good rebates available. My rep was not well-informed on all the AC/furnace rebate rules and I was initially misled on price but we worked it out to my satisfaction. Standard offered a little better price than my other quotes and what looks like a better warranty. The actual install went great and the unit works great too. Good Job.

We have worked with Standard Heating and Air for over ten years for both furnace and air conditioning installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair as needed. They answer the telephone at the office promptly and are courteous and knowledgable. The technician that works on our equipment, Seth, is completely honest, competent and timely. We are completely satisfied with Standard.

From the very beginning, I felt like an important person to Standard even though I was "just looking." Questions and concerns were answered, explained and samples were provided. The workmanship and communications were great. The end product wonderful. I will use them again!

I have been a customer for about 10 years and on their maintenance plan. The customer service is awesome, the service people are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't use any other company. Ever!

As young, new homeowners, we've used Standard Heating and Air Conditioning twice now and have received wonderful service each time.They always called within 10 minutes of their arrival, which was nice, especially on the early morning appointments. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable, prompt and professional. They always put on boot covers before stepping foot off the welcome mat and nicely greeted our (noisy) family dog. The service was fast and thorough, they were happy to answer any questions I had and the quote they had given for a future service was not a penny more than they charged.Always accurate and trustworthy. We've only used them for heating thus far but when our air conditioning issues arise, they will be the first place we call.

seven Iyears ago, i had Standard heating install my furnance and airconditioning units. At that experience and subsiquent service appointments, I have been impressed with their care, diligence and great service (at a reasonable price).

I was pleased with the Minneapolis branch of Standard Heating. I called them out to inspect my furnace humidifier that didn't seem to be working. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the pad. I also appreciated that he used carpet protectors over his shoes every time he went in and out of the house.
