I was there yesterday for invisible micros, I'm proud to say I am very pleased with the results.. I felt a little "attacked" when I spoke on the discount that I was told I could have over the phone.. I feel it should have been honoured because that's what I was told., but I jus payed the full price, jus to keep the tension down... My over all experience was pretty good and I will b returning and recommending these ladies to my family and friends!!!

They ripped my hair out even after telling them several times they were pulling my hair too tight, they don't listen. I have hair loss now and I'm waiting for my edges to grow back. Would never recommend this place to anyone

gone there 3 times and sent my daughter same lady braids for 3 visits. 4th visit another lady did my hair. After 1 week my hair is still tight painful and stings. I have white bumps around the tight braids scalp is red too I cant style them because the stylist has the braids fused to my scalp like french braids. couldn't manage the pain after a week. I took down the painful areas. I went back to get them fixed and told it cost $120. ONE WEEK & MY HAIR IS A NIGHTMARE & OUT $200. My daughter's hair is perfect and looks great after 6 weeks. My first 3 visits were great. no pain in a few hours & my hair looked amazing. this time my regular stylists uses a different method than this lady of the 4th visit. 1 week, I'm out $200 & i look so crazy that I feel embarrassed at work. My advice: be vocal about the pain. Don't assume the pain will stop like I did. It's a good shop, but i doubt me & daughter will return cuz of the $120 to fix the problem.

This is the best braider I've ever been to. They're really nice people, fast and the price was better than I got when I called other braid shops in Minneapolis. I've been there twice now and I'm planning on going back. Thanks Rama for the great job!Tanisha
