Stopped in without an appointment because my left blinker wasn't working. My sister in law has gone to Ron for a number of years and recommended him. Ron took apart the steering column, found the probable problem, had Napa deliver the part and it was fixed in about an hour. I would expect he prefers you make an appointment but his friendly nature certainly didn't make you feel like you needed one. Great experience at a reasonable cost! Thanks Ron.
