I went to Robert Half Technology 3 times and didn't get any response, they took my reference so the recruiter can get some leads and keep its job. I will not recommend this firm to anyone because they are a waste of time. Look into other firms out there.

I have done some work on and off with them and their other divisions, Accountemps, and Office team over the years. They do seem to be more polished than the other temps, but they have a weird deal on reference checks. I have references accumulated over the years, but unless you can use a supervisor from a week or so ago they are not interested. Many people go for months without a regular job, much less having the ability to use a boss for references from one of their temp assignments.



I wrote 3 complaint letters over the years to their corporate CEO, they stand by the desire to have a reference that is not over a few weeks old. Never again will I approach them for business.
