excellent plumbing services. had my pipes blown they came out within 30 minutes and solved the problem easily thanks guys i appreciate it and will definetly use you again

I have always had a great experience with Richfield Plumbing. I also recommend them for construction and remodeling.

I called Richfield plumbing to come look at a leaking drain in a main bathroom. They said they could come out the same day, and gave me a 3.5 hour window. I took a last minute half day off from work, and went home to meet the person. After 3 hours I called to see if they knew when the plumber was going to arrive, and they said he wasn’t coming because they didn’t have my phone number and they don’t honor appointments without calling first. I gave my phone number to the person on the phone, but apparently he lost it. The lady I talked to was rude, blamed me for their screw up, and offered no solution except another appointment the next day. I decided rather than wasting more time and money on these amateurs I would call another company. It’s one thing to mess up and waste my valuable time, but to be rude and blame me because they wasted my time is absolutely unacceptable.

I have lived in my home since 1993 and Brian has dealt with my main sewer problems on several occassions. Brian is on time, very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Richfield Plumbing

Plumber showed up on time. However, he did not complete the work, leaving a hole in the back of my sink with no work completed. I was told he had to go to another appointment. So, I'm supposed to take another 1/2 day off from my job and pay for another trip charge? My recommendation is that they treat their customers better and finish their work. I do not recommend this company.

Leaking pipes within walls/ceiling. Charged rediculous amount of money for unfinished work/repair. Plumber wanted to tear apart bathroom instead of going the easier access via wall on other side. Condescending attitude of plumber did not help. I would not recommend.

Called on recommendation of a friend who will only use them (Brian specifically in fact) for plumbing issues. Gave me an estimate of 10:30 to 11:00AM for arrival and called at 10:00 to say they'd be over in 10 minutes. Once inside, the plumber (Luke, I think) was very professional, friendly and quick. Would absolutely use again.

i love dealing with richfield plumbing co and their staff. they come out to your house fast. they are friendly, work fast and clean. they are honest and give you great information, advice and suggestions. we have used them several times and would not use anyone else. highly recommend them; you will get the best service i'm sure of it. thanks richfield plumbing especially our plumber brian ... what a nice man!

I have shopped around lots of plumbers. Richfield Plumbing always calls back -- immediately even, arrives promptly, fixes the problem, and are friendly. I am done looking around. I am a loyal consumer.
