About Reign Ministries Reign Ministries is a non-denominational student missions and discipleship organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Fueled 25+ years of unbridled enthusiasm for both teenagers and the local church, Reign has successfully discipled youth and trained youth workers to minister in their local church and abroad. We passionately believe such disciples will be tomorrow's history makers for Christ. Reign Ministries was formed 27 years ago by Louis Inks in Minneapolis. Reign's International headquarters is located Minneapolis, while one third of the full time staff are located in metropolitan areas across the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. ICY-UK is our university-level-training program for training youth ministers in the United Kingdom. It was formed to raise up a movement of disciple-makers in the UK who model Christ's heart for young people in the church and the world. The objective is to reach young people who are distant from God and the church. Kairos Discipleship School Kairos Discipleship School is a discipleship training school for college-age students. It is a 10-month opportunity for post high-school graduates and young adults who want to build a ministry foundation for their futures. Kairos seeks to develop in its participants a deep and abiding love for Jesus, out of which all their lives and service flow. Time alone with God in His Word, in prayer, and in worship are the cornerstones of the school. Students develop godly relationships and teamwork skills as they learn, grow, serve, and play together.
