Being a Realtor for 18 years, I have seen many inspections and inspection reports. I recently attended one of Dave's inspections and was amazed by the amount of quality information he brought to the attention of my client and the great way he "educated" my client about the house. His report was undoubtedly the best, most informative I have seen. My client felt so good she choose him for the inspection. He was prompt, professional, and very detailed.

Absolutely great! As a purchaser of investment property, I have homes inspected all of the time and have never received as much detail in the report and had a walk through where so much information was passed on to me.
