Walked in and the lady working was so terrible and wouldn't answer any of our questions, and extremely rude. Also, it says one price online then when we were there it was $100 more than expected. I really hate this place and its workers and I hope I never have to go back.

They damaged my car when they towed it and I had to file a damage claim. Rapid was about as unhelpful as you can be in this situation. Aweful experience, do not give Rapid Rapair your business, ever.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Would not even return my phone calls for a week while I couldn't drive my car. Unprofessional and irresponsible, in the process of filling a police report and lawsuit. STAY AWAY.

Awesome drivers. ((seemingly)) TRUSTWORTHY folks. The owners are present so it's not like u can't "resolve" any problems u may have. Best person there: Monica Sampson. she's pretty cool...
