I read the review panning this Radio Shack and I have had problems at this store. But I have also had good experiences, and today was good. I called about a simple phone device called a "caller ID plug-in". It was easy to explain. It was definite and very briefly described. This is a good example of what you can ask a store clerk over the phone. Keep it short and simple, because they're busy. Another factor is phone manner. Be really nice and it helps. Usually this store is better stocked than the store at Southdale Mall.

Crappy customer service over the phone. Won't bother going into the store as a result.Just another great example of low-paid employees providing poor customer service. RS is heading the route of Circuit City...
