Happy, Happy, Happy

The staff at Pronto did a great job! I couldn't be happier. I have refered you on to a couple of friends and family members. Jim did a great job with the installation of our new furnace. Couldn't be happier!

No heat in MN is never a good thing. They arrived when they said they would, and it turned out my old furnace (1950's) just needed to be reset! All I paid for was a service call. I would definately use Pronto again.

Pronto provided outstanding service. From the time I place a call to get and estimate until the time they completed the air conditioning install I had quality, professional service. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. If I ever need a heater or air conditioning, I will definitely be calling them again.

Excellent Service

Greg and Wade answered the phone both times that I called. They were able to come out and provide same day service. It ended up being the day we had a huge snow storm and the tech, Eric, called me multiple times to let me know when he was on his way and where he was at with traffic being backed up by the snow. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to give me some recommendations and let me know history/patterns on the units installed at my home. I would definitely recommend Pronto to anyone needing service. Thanks again.
