Management staff are amazing very well oriented about the brand and very helpful too we like the place since the start , we live in Plymouth Ponds 4525 Nathan Ln N, Plymouth, we appreciate the kindness of the staff Shannon with rest of the team are extremely nice people !!!



we very lucky to live in this apartment the location and everything is worth it .

Nice building well kept.Maintenance is great.Always fast and job well done.



No privacy.You get strange calls about things someone said they saw you do.I got accused of having a dog and I have no pets.You cannot even think about having much on the patio.It will be some kind of violation.Many notes on your door every month.



But the guy next door that yells all the time must be good with them.You can hear him from the elevator half way down the hall.



There are many inspections they rent to low income so even if you are like me and work for a living,pay the full price you have to put up with the

section 8 rules and inspections.
