I received very poor customer service which ultimately led me on this quest to prevent any more incidents. I took a very sentimental clothing article only to receive it back with obvious damage, they continued to tell me it was'nt their fault but rather the manufacturers fault. They dont care about the customer they are more focused with the profits, their company motto is pathetic lie. So with that being said if you ever want proffesional service dont expect it from them
