Ordered a pizza online and the confirmation email stated my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. It's been 2 hours, still no pizza. Tried calling the store, first to inquire about the delivery, then to cancel the order, but no one is answering the phone.

You guys are the worst!!! It takes at least 9 rings for someone to answer! I order from here a lot and I kid you not when I say it takes at least 9 rings or more for someone to answer! That is absolutely ridiculous! The employees there are not the friendliest either! Terrible customer service and your pizzas aren't even that great! Stop being lazy and answer the phone like you are supposed to!!!!

Cant even express how discussed i am with this place and the service. From the un professional phone call when I placed my order to them calling the cops on me when they couldn't explain an extra 10 dollars on my bill. The manager was so un professional when he ripped the pizza out of my hands across the counter and ran out of the store with his hands over his ears yelling like a two year old. Even had to call in the GM to get my money back. WILL NEVER EVER go back. I have never been treated so bad in my life. -wouldnt even give this place a star but they made me.
