Soft Tissue Mobilization- Medical Massage    Throughout the years I have taken many classes focusing more on medical massage and  I have been lucky enough to have been invited to study with Gary Kern, a local Tui Na Master. I have blended the variety of techniques I have learned with my years of experience and call it soft tissue mobilization.   I can draw upon a variety of tools to create a more gentle and nurturing massage or a very deep and aggressive massage.  No matter what techniques I use I find that my focus is more on restoring the bodies soft tissues to their once free flowing and supple state thereby allowing the joints to move more freely.    I work with each client and their goals to create a massage that best suits their needs. I invite each client to communicate their needs and concerns freely and adjust my massage and the environment to insure I provide the best possible experience.

I've been living with low back pain for years and after one visit with Paula I have hope that I won't have to live with the pain forever. Paula really took the time to explain what she was doing and why and I left there pain free.
