Provided by YPmobileBen Franklin won't tell you the rate before they have charged you for the call, then it's $500 for what independent contractors charge less than $200 for. After they pulled my toilet to remove a kitty litter clog, it started leaking... And wouldn't you know it, that was my fault, too. Now, I have to replace the floor in my bathroom.
If this company used competitive rates, perhaps they could build some good will. As it is, I am highly suspicious that an unnecessary repair, done badly, has opened a Pandora's box of further repairs...
Never let these people in your house.
