Worst tow truck company ever. Nobody showed up to tow my car then after 3 hours on the side of the road I called and they said it was canceled. They didn’t bother to contact me and just left me sitting in the cold. I asked them to send another truck out and they said it would be over an hour wait. I eventually gave up and had to beg a friend to come tow me because I couldn’t trust this tow truck company to actually show up.

Today's day 3 of heavy snow fall in minneapolis, one of the tow guys was kind enough to help us get unstuck. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
