I'm only giving this one star because zero stars is not an option. I brought my new truck in to get washed and now the estimate for repairs is $1524.65. One of the arms on the rotary style washer moved too far over on its track and ran all the way down the box side of my truck and tore it up. It broke my LED taillight and the body shop it telling me I have to repaint the whole entire side. The manager's name is Sam and completely blew me off. It took me numerous phone calls to get through to someone and when I did I didn't get the attention that this matter deserves. I'm an auto mechanic shop owner and I would never treat my customers this way.I have been using their services for years and up until we had a problem they were perfectly cordial. They treated me as if they didn't know me and didn't care after the fact

I had been to this car wash a couple of times before this, and had decent service. Today I went when they were a little more busy then normal. I waited in line like the rest when the guy giving the tickets walked up to my door he said not one word to me. I asked him for the super wash at 19.99 and he gave me the ultimate at 24.99 and walked away from my car. When I pulled up to the wash i got out and walked to the door and stepped inside. I stood by the door and watched as they did not vacuum my back seats and set the car in to the wash. If this is not bad enough I called when I got home and had calmed down to speak with the manager. He asked me what I wanted him to do about it. i told him I just wanted him to know that there was an issue and what he wanted to do about it was up to him. He proceeded to tell me it was my problem and I could come back in and have the car vacuumed. That was not my issue, and he did not want to hear about it. I have never been yelled at by a manager of a facility before. I will never go back to this car wash nor will I recommend that anyone else go there either. The service you receive from the employees and the manager are very poor.

Good exterior wash, bad interior cleaning, horrible service. Enough said, I will never go there again.

I only gave one star because this is the minimum. Your car is vaccumed outside by 2 men who then sit in it and warm up until the row moves. Inside, my car was NOT wiped inside and the windows were cleaned with water. The cashier wouldnt talk to me when I asked and the manager said they ran out of a cleaner a few days prior. The matts were a mess, the running boards were filthy and I drove straight to another place I trust for a re-do. I should have known better than to stop on Lake street.

Manager was very rude. I'm new in the area, so I searched online and found this car wash. However, they don't do a good job cleaning and vacuum your car. They even tell you that you have to pay extra to vacuum your truck! I have never seen that in other places. At least, they should say that before you pay for the service. I complained about it and started doing the job by myself, and the manager came to me and talk to me in a very rude way. So rude that I felt threaten. The manager took my car out of the machine and say that I wasn't going to get the service. I asked for my money back, and he said NO! I have to bother him for more than 30min, asking for my money back! This has been the worse place ever. The worse customer service too. I won't be back. Really, if you are planning to wash your car, better do it by yourself before coming to this bad/rude car wash service. In my opinion, the manager should be fire.
