If i could get this place ZERO stars I would. I ordered a small cheese pizza with 8 wings. I ordered at 10:30 and called the store at 11:40 because I didn't receive my pizza yet. I called the store and asked where it was they said it's on the way and will be here in 5 minutes. 25 minutes later i called the store back and they told me I gave them the wrong phone number and weren't able to deliver it. I tried correcting the issue with them, i was hung up on by the driver... called the store back and then was hung up on by the "manager". He then refused to deliver to me because he didn't want to hear me telling him how I felt highly disrespected and very disappointed. Also my debit card was charged the amount for the pizza i never received. This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. The person who is managing this store needs to be fired because not only are the employees he is "managing" mistreating paying customers, but he is. Definitely will not be ordering from this store EVER again. I'd rather eat a frozen pizza from Target. The manager of this Papa Johns should go on over to Target and pick up some pointers, from their manager, on how to be a real leader.
