Bought a seemingly nice Honda CR-V there in Saturday. Thought Oscar was up front about the issues the car had. Realized after I took it to my mechanic that several safety issues were hidden. My very trustworthy, affordable mechanic (for example, charged $60 for inspection and has talked me out of getting non-essential repairs because he knows I'm on a tight budget) quoted me $4000 just to get the car in a safe condition, let alone fix less essential issues like the SRS computer, power locks, and power windows. He misrepresented the year of the vehicle in his advertisement, and explicitly told me the title was clean only for me to find out later it was recently salvaged. Will update if situation is resolved by Oscar promptly or proceeds to FTC, BBB, and/or small claims.
