Do not apply for any position with this company. Turn over is extremely high. Administration is looking to fill a 'corporate image' (ages 23-35, perfect photogenic appearance, physically fit), and do not value experience or competence. Administration arbitrarily accepts difficult and/or dangerous consumers only to generate revenue that is siphoned directly to administration's pockets. Administration bullies and coerces direct service staff and does not follow Equal Opportunity Employment laws. Administration bullies and intimidates funding sources. Direct-service Staff are super, but are encouraged (by administration) to falsify documents. Frequently the staffing ratio is out of compliance. Consumers who are not assigned to job sites just sit all day long--there are no daily activities. PLEASE do NOT consider contracting services for your loved ones with this company. There are more ethical and compassionate agencies in the area--please find them!
