Trying to communicate with the owner of the company. And there is a small problem happened to the heater causing our manufacturing fail. The company owner yell at me "This your god damn fault!" when all we do is trying to communicate. The entire time the owner just rambling about his "professional" engineering experiences.

"If you can find other better heater, you should order theirs instead!" "I am done with you! I am very busy". I already ordered 3 of the heaters from this company. We didn't yell at the owner for the entire conversation, but the owner didn't let us speak the whole time. We don't think we deserve this kinda treatment. This is very unprofessional. We customer service having customer complains all the time, and this is not a way to do business. Even if this is our fault, you would've listen to our words and it will very likely be okay. Sir, we were looking for long term relationship with you. I guess we were wrong.
