Go anywhere else. They seem competent on the actual medical stuff but their billing, scheduling, customer service, and value are the worst I have ever seen. 100% of the time I go in, I pay my deductible, and 100% of the time I receive a bill after for my deductible. When it came to the CPAP itself they billed thousands over the MSRP of the pieces then when the insurance company was only willing to pay the negotiated amount they sent me a bill for the difference. They pre-billed me for my portion of the CPAP by 3 months, which I paid, then received a bill for the CPAP. They billed me $1000 over what they should have per my insurance. I tell them but have to wait 90 days to get that refunded. They schedule extra appointments to come in and check up. When questioned, it was an error. You have to watch them like a hawk to make sure you don't get extra bills and unneeded appointments. The billing department is very rude. Plus it took 7 months from seeing my doctor to get my CPAP.

This company Northstar Sleep Center is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have double billed me. they don't offer courtesy calls on when you should schedule follow up meetings. when asked why about this they simply say "they don't do it". Their billing policies are extremely questionable. They are only open from 8:30am to 4:30pm making it almost impossible to not have to take off of work for appointments. There are a million other things I could say, but I don't have any time. Worst sleep company, do not bring your business here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, you will be happy you did!!!
