I was an employee with this company for a few months. I couldn’t have gotten out of there fast enough. If you’re considering having a loved one move here...be very careful. The only thing Nine Mile Creek big shots care about is MONEY.

The employee turnover is very high.... which means they were always short staffed including the RN that was always suppose to be there during day time hours. They show up when they want to!

For all the money the residents pay to live there you would think they would get decent meals...NOT SO! The food is terrible.

Everyone from corporate to the managers were very rude and not helpful at all.

I had a manager tell me that if employees were unhappy there they should quit! this was coming from a manager that did nothing but sit at her desk all day and did NOTHING!
