Start To Finish Contracting serves associations, individual homeowners, insurance companies and other property management companies.

New Concepts is a difficult group to work with. They do not call back in a timely manner, and when they do they often cannot help answer questions. They do not run a very efficient or effective company.

New Concepts has been the most unresponsive business we have ever dealt with. Their materials claim that they value providing quality customer service. They do not. They never call back, nothing ever gets taken care of and the staff are not all polite. Very disappointing experience.
