Mark Mader came out to my house in Eden Prairie to repair or replace my sump pump which was not working. He quickly identified the problem and replaced it. He went above and beyond with checking a few other problems that I was having without a hesitation. When I need a plumber I will definitely be calling him again as he is a master plumber and can get the job done right the first time!

I had a drain pipe with big holes in the middle of it. I noticed this when I drained the kitchen sink and most of the water went under the floor and dripped into the basement.



After trying to fix this problem myself, I decided to let an expert fix it for me. I called My Service Pro and talked with Mark over the phone. I told him the problem and he stated he would be over that afternoon.



Mark showed up on time and after diagnosing the problem quoted me a price.



Lucky for me that I had called My Service Pro because after exposing the offending pipe, Mark discovered that the job would be easier and quicker. Thanks to his honesty, Mark lowered the quote by a substantial amount!



The job was done quickly, and done right! I am happy and thankful that I called Mark instead of one of the bigger outfits.

Mark was great help to us, he was here on time, explained the issues we had with our water heater, corrected them as well as fixed a plumbing issue in the bathroom. He was very informative and helpful. We would highly recommend him for his services.

In summary, Mark at My Service Pro has given us the impression that they will not determine root cause for a hot water heater failure and is more interested in taking your money for a service call and then suggest a new hot water heater as a solution versus finding the best solution for the customer. DO NOT use My Service Pro for your hot water heater plumbing needs. Thank you!
