Not impressed. I had an appointment with Steve(owner I believe) this evening to go look at a mobile home. I brought my sister with so she could give me her input of the house. The mobile home is a mess and roof needs to be repaired. I was most thrown off by Steve's lack of professionalism. He told us to wait outside so he could clean up(Mind you I called several hours earlier to set the appointment.) Then when we could enter the house, he went outside. He did not give us a tour. The house is in bad shape and Steve wants more for it than what it is worth. However, I did see that the house had potential so we asked Steve if he was planning on doing any repairs before finally selling it. He did not answer the question and flat out said 'The house is not for you'. Unbelievable!



That was all I needed to hear. I would never consider working with Steve or My Housing Company again. Steve wanted $6,000 down payment for a mobile home that is in terrible shape and not even worth $6,000! I honestly think he was looking to scam someone and saw that I'm not dumb enough to fall for it when I came to look at the house. Be very careful when working with My Housing Company.
