Poor experience. I went online and found a computer I wanted, wrote it down. I handed my paper to the salesman. Immediately he said you don't want this and steered me to another. after explaining my use for the computer and problems with my existing computer, he sold me an anti-virus program for $80.00 that would solve all my problems. I get home and find out I was sold a computer infected with Superfish. I returned to the store. Manager was just leaving for a doctor's appointment. told me to see the Operations manager. He said he was too busy because of doing inventory for the past three days. Next in line got me a refund for the anti-virus. she didn't want to hear about my problem. From the flim flam to bait and switch to good bye, I wasn't impressed with Micro Center. Since then it has cost me another $100.00 to clean up my computer but yet still worry what may still be in my new computer. Between a bad salesman and poor customer service I don't think I want to return to MC.

Great store with amazing selection and helpful, knowledgeable sales people.
