A Buyer(s) Inspection is designed to inform potential home buyers of the current conditions of the subject property discover and learn about compromised or damaged systems and recognize the potential costs incurred in correcting those deficiencies. Our goal is to clearly document and convey all visual deficiencies throughout the property. During the Inspection process all deficiencies will be documented on a computer, photos will be included and a report will be generated onsite. If desired, a copy of the report will be provided to your Realtor (or emailed in PDF format). The Inspection process can take between 3-4 hours, we strongly suggest that you attend at least the last hour of the inspection. At that time we will walk you through the property visually showing you the documented deficiencies and make preventive maintenance suggestions as well.
